Automate

Less repetitive work. More meaningful work.

Workflow automation and integrations that move information between your tools, so nobody has to copy it by hand.

Automate the repetitive work. Keep people focused on the work that matters.

Retyping an order into a second system. Chasing the same missing document every week. This work has to get done, but nobody was hired to do it.

We automate those steps using the tools you already have. When something doesn’t fit the rules, the automation stops and asks a person.

What we build

Pick the one closest to your work.

  1. Invoice matching

    Finance

Reads incoming invoice PDFs and checks each one against its purchase order.

What changesMatching invoices go straight to approval. Finance only sees the mismatches.

  2. Orders to shipments

    Logistics

When an order is confirmed in your sales platform, the shipment is created in your transport system.

What changesNobody keys the same details in twice.

  3. Client onboarding

    Professional services

Sends the engagement letter, collects signatures and documents, then sets up the project folder and first tasks.

What changesNothing depends on someone remembering step seven.

  4. Support ticket triage

    Customer support

Sorts incoming requests by topic and urgency, attaches the customer’s order history, and routes each one to the right queue.

What changesUrgent issues stop waiting behind routine ones.

  5. Job reports from site

    Field teams

Turns a technician’s photos and checklist into a job summary for the customer and starts the invoice.

What changesThe paperwork is finished when the job is.

Signs a process should be automated

  • The same data gets typed into two systems. Your people have become the integration.
  • A process works only because one person remembers every step.
  • Customers ask where things stand, and someone has to look it up each time.
  • Month-end means matching rows across exports by hand.

Today

  • Invoice PDFs land in a shared inbox.
  • Someone opens each one and looks up its purchase order.
  • Price and quantity differences are easy to miss.

With the system

  1. Each invoice is read as it arrives in the inbox.
  2. Its lines are checked against the purchase order.
  3. Mismatches go to finance, with both documents. A person decides
  4. Matched invoices go straight to the approver. A person decides

What stays human: People still approve every payment and settle every mismatch.

An illustration of the kind of work we do, not a client story.

How we work

  1. Step 1: Map the process as it runs.

We walk through it with the people who do it, including the workarounds that never made it into the official version.

  2. Step 2: Fix it first.

If a step shouldn’t exist, we remove it. Then we decide which steps need a person.

  3. Step 3: Run it side by side.

We build in stages and run the automation next to your current process until the results match.

  4. Step 4: Hand over and keep watch.

If a run fails, a named person gets an alert the same day. Every run is logged, and every workflow is documented.

Questions worth asking

01Will automation replace people on our team?

That isn’t what we build it for. It takes repetitive steps out of people’s days. Approvals and exceptions stay with your team.

02Do we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. Most business tools can be connected if they have an API or a reliable export. Depending on the job, we use a workflow platform or write custom code, whichever will stay reliable at your volume. If a tool can’t do what you need, we’ll explain your options.

03Where does our data go?

Only where the workflow needs it. We document every system an automation touches and give each step only the access it needs. If your policies require data to stay in specific services or regions, we’ll design for that.

04What does it cost, and what happens after launch?

You get a written estimate before we build, including subscription costs for any tools involved. After launch, your team can run it using our documentation, or we can maintain it for you. The workflows run in accounts set up in your name wherever possible.
