Consult
Turn technology into practical advantage.
AI strategy, workflow design, and technology consulting in plain language.
Know where the time goes before you choose a tool.
We map how the work runs today, find the problems worth solving, and tell you which tools will help. The answer may be AI. It may also be a tool you already pay for.

What changesYou learn whether the idea works before a larger commitment.
When to bring us in
- Leadership wants an AI plan, and nobody is sure where to start.
- Staff already use AI tools without any guidance.
- A big software contract is waiting for a signature.
- A past technology project fell short, and you want to know why before trying again.
Today
- Support reps write up each call by hand once it ends.
- The notes vary from person to person.
- An AI tool looks promising, but nobody has tried it on real calls.
With the system
- Before anything starts, you agree what success looks like.
- For a set period, one team gets AI summaries of its calls.
- Reps check and correct each summary. A person decides
- Results are compared with the measures you agreed.
- Leadership chooses to expand, adjust, or stop. A person decides
What stays human: Whether the pilot goes further is your call, judged against measures set before it began.

How we work
Step 1: Listen and map.
We talk with the people involved, from leadership to the front line, and map where the time goes and where errors or delays show up.
Step 2: Recommend.
You get written recommendations in priority order, with the cost and effort of each. Some won’t involve buying anything.
Step 3: Help you act.
Your team can carry out the plan on its own. If you want help, our AI, Automate, and Build work picks up from there.
Questions worth asking
01We’re not technical, and we don’t have an AI plan. Is that a problem?
No. “We think we should be doing something with AI” is a fine place to start. You know your business. We handle the technical side.
02Will you just recommend your own services?
No. If an off-the-shelf product, a process change, or doing nothing is the right answer, we’ll say so. We take no referral fees or commissions from vendors, and you can act on our recommendations with any provider.
03How long does it take, and what does it cost?
It depends on the question. A review of one process takes less time than an organization-wide AI plan. We agree the scope, timeline, and fee in writing before we start.
04How do you handle confidential information?
We’ll sign an NDA, access only the systems and documents the work needs, and return or delete your materials at the end if you ask.
