Who we are
This website, terranaide.com, is run by TerranAide (“we”, “us”). Questions about this policy or your information? Email hello@terranaide.com.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message, plus anything else you choose to include: your company, the area you’re interested in, and your timeline. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
When you visit the site. When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites.
Please don’t send sensitive information, such as health details, account numbers, or passwords, through the form.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your message.
- To follow up about your inquiry, if you’ve asked us to.
- To keep a record of our correspondence.
- To keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic and protect the site from abuse. That cookie doesn’t identify you personally and isn’t used for advertising.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, and only as far as they need it to do that:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, and delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider for receiving and replying to messages.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it’s processed
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the providers’ standard contractual terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together. If we do, we keep project correspondence for as long as our agreement and legal obligations require. Technical logs held by Cloudflare are kept according to Cloudflare’s own retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop using it for a particular purpose.

Keeping it secure
The whole site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only the people at TerranAide who need your information to reply to you can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We’ll flag significant changes on the site.
